A reservation is considered booked when you have paid a deposit.
You can send us the deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
Otherwise the general provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or ATM to pay your hotel bill.
The apartments are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
After consultation and subject to availability, they can also be made available at an earlier time.
If you arrive later than 6.00 pm, please let us know.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00 am at the latest.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Different cancellation policies depending on the rate.
Pets are welcome on request for € 10 per night.
